Unless specified the materials in this site are presented solely for the purpose of promoting products available in the US. You agree that any legal action or proceeding between Younger Bros. and you for any reason or purpose concerning this agreement or the parties obligation hereunder shall be brought exclusively in a Federal or State court of competent jurisdiction sitting in Texas. Any cause of action or claim you may have with respect to the Service must be commenced within 1 year after the claim or cause of action arises or such claim is or cause of action is barred.

Warranty:

Younger Bros. warranties paint finish for 90 days from date of purchase.

Toggle Latch warranty 60 days from date of purchase.

Non moving parts (does not include abuse or movable parts such as hinge shafts or tire carrier sleeve) 5 years from date of purchase.

Younger Bros. is limited to to replacement of the item (product) only and shall not be held liable for labor, consequential damages or loss of time income or any inconvenience.

(Purchaser will pay return shipping and upon inspection by Younger Bros. Product will either be replaced or repaired and returned to original purchaser by Younger Bros)

Products are built and designed for Offroad Use only. User is responsible for proper use of products.

Shipping: All Shipping Charges are Non Refundable!

Product Return Information:

A restocking of up to 25% will be charged for returned products for reasons other than warranty or damaged products. Customer is responsible for paying return shipping as well as the original shipping/handling charges. Special order Items cannot be returned!

Failure to accept shipment:

Customer is responsible for return charges due to not accepting shipment or failing to respond to delivery notices from the delivery company or postal service. Restocking fees also apply.

Web Page Errors:

Every effort is made to make sure all pages are free from errors or mistakes. However mistakes as well as the possibility of tampering can occur. Prices shown are not set until confirmed either by email or in writing.
